The Spearfish High School Career and Technical Education (CTE) Department is excited to offer a variety of career and technical courses, across 11 distinct career clusters, to all students. These courses are designed to provide a targeted, hands-on approach to education; as well as enhance and strengthen students’ abilities and skills as they prepare for life after high school.

Spearfish High School is also proud to be able to offer Foundational Career and Technical Education courses in Computer Applications and Career Planning.
Senior students looking to further engage with the Career and Technical Education program can participate in a capstone experience of an Internship; allowing them to get real world experience in the career field they are exploring.
