Spearfish HOSA recently traveled to the 2026 State Leadership Conference for a week of competition and career exploration. Beyond the competitive events, students attended professional breakout sessions, networked at the college and career fair, and went behind the scenes with tours of Sanford Hospital, Avera Sports & Performance Training, and Sanford Research.
